MAJOR FOCUS: HEALTH CARE
A. Geriatric Health Clinic
Implementation Strategies:
- Conduct regular medical check-ups and basic diagnostic services.
- Provide medical consultations and health monitoring
- Conduct health education on nutrition and disease prevention.
- Establish referral systems with hospitals and specialists
- Seek accreditation from DOH, DSWD, and PhilHealth.
Targets & Schedule
Schedule: Twice a week.
Target: 120 senior citizens quarterly (10 per barangay).
Pilot Implementation: 1st Quarter of 2026.
Committee in Charge & Responsibilities
Leaders: Dr. Glenn V. Torres, Eduardo P. Garcia, Marcelina Garcia, Diosdado M. Asuncion, Dr. Jose M. Valencia.
Duties: Coordinate with healthcare providers, organize medical missions, ensure availability of medical supplies, and monitor health outcomes.
MAJOR FOCUS: HOME CARE
B. Elderly Home-Care Facility
Implementation Strategies:
To provide a safe, structured, and compassionate care environment for elderly individuals requiring daily assistance.
- Operate as a partial residential care facility
- Provide assistance with daily living activities
- Offer psychosocial support and monitoring
- Maintain coordination with families and caregivers
- Seek accreditation from DOH. DSWD, and PhilHealth
Targets & Schedule
Schedule: 24/7 Health-Care monitoring.
Target Participants: Indigent, abandoned, neglected, solo-living arrangement without family support.
Committee in Charge & Responsibilities
Leaders: Araceli L. Enriquez, Maria Luisa Y. Sulit, Norma C. Simon, Josefina C. Dela Cruz, Rosanna S. Dionisio.
Duties: Develop Entry-Screening Information System (ESIS), develop care standards, and supervise caregivers.
MAJOR FOCUS: RECREATION
C. Geriatric Recreation and Wellness Program
Implementation Strategies:
To promote socio-psycho-spiritual wellness, mental health, social engagement, and active aging among senior citizens.
- Conduct physical activities and light exercise sessions.
- Provide day-care (drop-in AM; Pickup PM) scheme for working family members.
- Facilitate arts, music, games, and hobby workshops.
- Organize wellness talks and group socialization activities.
- Encourage peer interaction via vegetable/herbal gardening, fish culture, and animal husbandry.
- Seek Partnership/assistance from DSWD, DENR, DA-BFAR, and LGU.
Targets & Schedule
Schedule: Bi-monthly recreational activities (1–2 sessions) at the Pampanga State University-Apalit Campus Covered Court. Monthly wellness events.
Target Participants: Senior Citizens by barangay level.
Pilot Implementation: Alternating schedule by barangay on a bi-monthly basis at respective Barangay Covered Courts or PSU-Apalit Campus.
Full Implementation: Upon completion of the facility center.
Committee in Charge & Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Plan and facilitate recreational activities, conduct lectures/info dissemination (including tech/video presentations), encourage consistent participation, monitor psychosocial well-being, and evaluate program effectiveness vis-à-vis the aging process.
MAJOR FOCUS: LIVELIHOOD
D. Training and Livelihood Opportunity
Implementation Strategies:
To empower capable senior citizens and/or their adult relatives through skills training and income-generating opportunities.
- Conduct skills training (e.g., crafts, food processing, gardening, garment/embroidery, etc.) with accreditation from DSWD , DTI, TESDA, and NCA
- Provide financial literacy and entrepreneurship seminars
- Establish linkages with cooperatives - NCA, Malls, markets, NGOs and DMW-OFW-engaged Business establishments
- Offer mentoring and monitoring support
Targets & Schedule
Schedule: Bi-weekly training sessions.
Target Participants: Able and willing seniors and their younger relatives.
Pilot Implementation: Home-based livelihood activities on handiworks, food processing, garments/embroidery (and caregiving/housekeeping as the situation warrants).
Full Implementation: Upon completion of the facility center.

Responsibilities: Identify feasible livelihood projects, coordinate training sessions and partnerships, monitor participant progress, and assist in market linkage, entrepreneurial engagement, employment (local/abroad), and sustainability planning.

Through coordinated efforts of the organization’s leadership and working committees, the program is committed to ensure a dignified, healthy, and empowered aging for senior citizens.
